As a former medical transcriptionist, I am committed to paying attention to details during the entire loan closing process.
This includes:
* All completed documents will be shipped out on time
* Borrower(s) will be given a printed copy of the documents, single side printed.
* Administration of Oath
* Signers recorded in logbook
* Notarizations performed in-person
* Respect for signers' culture
The best part about working with me is that I am fully onboard to performing signings outside of traditional working hours and on weekends. Additionally, I am happy to meet the customer at a location that is comfortable for them (home, library, church).

I serve the entire Hampton Roads area and within 100 driving miles of Hampton Roads. Areas outside of 100 miles I can do with 48-hour notice.
