I have been a notary since 2004. I am a mobile notary I will travel to your home or office to notarize a specific document or a set of documents. I am also a Remote online Notary. I can notarize documents electronically. I cover Northern VA, which includes Quantico, Fort Belvoir(I am a veteran so I can get on the bases) Fredericksburg, and Stafford. I will go to Richmond VA in an emergency. I have been in Real Estate since 2002. I am very familiar with closing documents. I am a member of the NNA. I have passed the certified Loan signing agent exam.
