I have signed countless signings over the years from Refi, New Purchase, FHA/VA and Short Sales. As well as ID Proofing and POA documents. At the same time as doing notaries I primary worked on Short Sales, Mortgage Processing and Underwriting for over 20 years. I have a strong knowledge of mortgage loan documents as well as Real Estate contracts. I currently hold a valid WA State Real Estate License. I travel from King County, Snohomish County and as needed to Skagit and surrounding counties.
