I am experienced and well educated with purchases, Refi, HELC's and reverse mortgages. I always do my best to stay well educated and informed to be the best I can. I am commissioned in both Oregon & Washington. I will cover most areas within 50 miles of Vancouver WA.
I am available for last minute signings at anytime. I have a mobile printer and scanner in my vehicle. I will do my best to complete scan backs as quickly as possible. Fedex & UPS Drops will always be made the same day as my priority. (unless signing is scheduled after 3pm)
I always double and triple check my documents for missed signatures, stamps or missing information from the signer. I will always go the extra mile to provide the best service.
In the event a signature or stamp is missed, I will get it corrected right away no matter what it takes.
