I am aware of the last cut off times for UPS, FEDEX and USPS.
I will do scans after the signings since I have a mobile office and as long as I have cell service to upload to you on the road.

I have done over 200 signings and can do Seller, Refi, Heloc, assumption, trailing documents and anything you need notarized. One of my biggest clients is bancserv and do last minute signings for them.
