I have been a successful Realtor and Broker for 20 years and prior to that I was a loan closing processor, underwriter, mortgage lender and branch sales manager of a large Midwest bank. I am very familiar with all the documents associated with a loan closing and very sensitive to time lines provided. In addition I am very capable of handling any situation as it arises. The last 30 years I have dealt with many different personalities, many emotional and tense situations as well as been a problem solver in all the diverse situations that could arise during a real estate transaction from beginning to end. I am in Mesa AZ and would like to keep signings to the SE Valley but would consider going anywhere in Metro Phoenix area.
