Although I am a brand new Notary Signing Agent, I am also a licensed Realtor® in the state of Arizona, so I am very familiar with the paperwork involved in many of the signing processes. I have a dual Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management. Throughout most of my working career, I helped turn around failing call centers by improving sales goals and customer service scores. I went into business for myself to be able to have the work/life balance that I missed as an Executive/VP of a Fortune 100 company (Bank of America). I have lived in the Phoenix Metropolitan area for almost 29 years and am extremely familiar with it's layout.
