I provide services to Siskiyou, Trinity, Shasta, Tehama, Glenn, Modoc and Butte counties in Northern California. Please note, for fee purposes, that Northern California travel often takes place over primitive roads that may be impacted by weather or construction. Travel time for a sixty-mile trip can sometimes be 2.5-3.0 hours in duration. I am happy to travel and well-equipped with four-wheel drive, but travel distance and loan package size will be factors in pricing.
