I am experienced notarizing many different types of documents, but my area of expertise is mortgage loan doc signings. I am familiar with standard loan docs, FHA, conventional, 2nd lien, quitclaims, powers over attorney, statements of identity, etc. I am located in the Santa Clarita Valley, but I do accept signings in Antelope Valley, San Fernando Valley, Orange County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County, and of course the greater Los Angeles area. In some cases, I have been willing to travel as far north as Lake Arrowhead if necessary.
