I am a Fidelity approved California Notary Public / NNA certified Loan Signing Agent. I am extremely attentive to detail; resulting in meticulous work and am always on time, professional, and friendly.

My education further compliments my professionalism, as I hold an MBA in Business Management with concentration in marketing. My undergraduate studies are in Business Administration with a minor in technical management. Additionally, I am Microsoft Office certified, and very technology proficient (including moderate skills in coding and development).

I am available for signings in the Santa Clarita Valley (Castaic, Saugus, Canyon Country, Valencia, Agua Dulce, and Acton) and some areas of the San Fernando Valley (Northridge, Granada Hills, Sylmar, North Hills, and Porter Ranch).

Loan Doc Rates:
$100 up to 125 pages
$125 for 126-175 pages
$150 for 176-225 pages.

It was recently brought to my attention that it appears as though I have only performed approximately 35-40 loan signings to date. Please note that, as of September 2020, I have signed over 3500 loans including purchases, sales, refinances, reverse mortgages, HELOCs, and various other types of signings.**
