*I drop documents to FedEx office/ UPS stores ONLY, never using a dropbox and on time for next day delivery for all closings finished by 2 pm and I know where the pick-up times are in my areas to accomplish this
*I do not rush or pressure the signer(s) to sign or provide legal advice
*My best practice is to notarize at the signing table as we complete the documents, in the presence of the signer(s)
*I will notarize only if I witness the signer(s) signing the documents in my presence
