Over 30 years as a notary public/signing service, mortgage loan officer, wholesale mortgage account executive and mortgage manager I am redirecting my professional training and experience to begin another loan document signing service here in the 5 counties of North Idaho.
My last 5 years in “retail” mortgage lending required many courses for compliance training on an ongoing basis to keep my knowledge of disclosure documents up to date. My familiarity with mortgage contracts and all of the associated documents and disclosures are very well known to me as I’ve been responsible to explain them all in detail as needed hundreds of times in these past 5 years.
Included in my 3 plus decades of mortgage experience I was an in-house signing/notary service for over 4 years in California. As a loan officer for several national bank mortgage departments such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank and several credit unions, I had the responsibility to attend all of my closings to insure that any questions that may arise during the signing would be answered promptly and professionally and to assure the client of their accuracy.
